I started out as a wood craftsman in 1982 and the evolution of the business has brought me into the most advanced service industry today.
The concept of “made-to-measure” has had a strong influence on all our products, processes and relationships.
Since 2010 I have managed a co-working enterprise at Pordenone, where planners, designers, communicators, trainers and students can meet up. This fusion supports relationships and helps people to find work.
I think that innovation finds room to develop when we let the people around us shine, valuing and supporting their differences, while we build shared projects.
I have been fascinated by innovation linked to the training of multidisciplinary groups since I was a child, and I now know that this is the right path to take to change the old work paradigms.
Over the years I have understood that design is a contact sport.

With various partners, I have set up four companies now in operation, which deal with planning, creating commercial and private spaces, communication, social networking and recruiting.

1982 > My first craft business began, created to coordinate a group of craftsmen producing made-to-measure furniture.
1987 > I received my first request to offer a service that included planning and implementing the design in the shops.
1992 > The decisive step forward provided by the development of software capable of checking procedure allowed us to carry out a number of contracts and to begin to delegate some.
1997 > We began to offer our clients a service that included the use of external marketing and communication professionals.
2002 > Crowdsourcing became our main method of making houses, offices and shops.
2007 > The multidisciplinary group mod-o (www.mod-o.net) started out with a temporary store and with the addition of new responsibilities, connected to communication and research, which led to the company’s area of expertise being extended.
2012 > mod-o was born as a multidisciplinary concern. Our aim was to be recognised for our global, holistic vision, with our meta-projects, projects and sustainable achievements.
2013 > A new input into the system: our “corporate” vision.
2014 > Creare Alleanze, with the objective of providing training in the construction of new paradigms for change.
