• For LVIA, member of the Presidency team from 1973 to 1983, and in charge of projects from 1973 to 1988. Until 2009 in charge of communication, decentralized cooperation and local programs.
• From 1974 to 1983 Member of the Technical Committee of the Department for Development Cooperation of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAAE) for the approval of NGO development projects.
• Elected by the platform of Italian NGOs, from 1978 to 1988 member of the Italian delegation at the Commission of the European Communities. From 1983 to 1988 President of the co-financing group of the Liaison Committee of (700) European NGDOs to the EU.
• Lecturer of Technical Architecture II at the Faculty of Engineering of the National University of Somalia (1979-80). Lecturer since 1992 at the “School of Specialization in Technology, Architecture and City in Developing Countries”, Polytechnic of Turin.
• Chairman of ASTAC from 1994 to 2003.
