Tristan is a documentary filmmaker, designer and open source advocate. He entered the world of “open” after joining Open Source Ecology in 2012, and has worked previously in information transparency with various organisations including WikiLeaks.

Tristan is interested in the power of open data, open design and citizen science to enable concerned individuals to address global problems. To this end, he co-founded the Open Source Beehives project in 2013.
