Stefano Micelli is a professor of e-business at the Department of Business Economics at the “Ca’ Foscari” University of Venice and Dean of Venice International University. He is also director of TeDIS, a leading national and international research body focusing on introducing new ICT technologies into small and medium-sized business systems. In addition to his research, he works as a consultant for large firms working in ICT as well as for public administrations at both a regional and national level. For Regione Veneto, at the Council of Productive Activities, he works to support legislation on innovation and industrial districts. Stefano collaborates with Formez, the Department of Public Administration, to define e-government projects. He regularly publishes articles and comments in il Sole24Ore and in the largest national publications in the sector.
