Rino is the president and in charge of web projects for Archimede Informatica Società Cooperativa (www.archicoop.it).

He has been working in web design and consultancy since 1994 and since 2003 he has been designing and creating portals using TYPO3.

In his current position he coordinates and manages the entire process involved in creating a webpage, from analysing requirements through to coming up with a design and finally realising the design. In 2010 he became a certified “TYPO3 Integrator”, a certification issued by the international “TYPO3 Association” that unites TYPO3 developers.

In recent years he has accrued extensive experience in webpage design for public administrations and therefore has an excellent understanding of the challenges presented by technical and legislative restrictions, particularly with regards to accessibility and transparency.
