A Computer Science graduate from the University of Bologna, Mattia is passionate about digital technologies and artificial intelligence. He went to the USA to study Cognitive Sciences at Indiana University.

In 2010 he founded MACRO, a consultancy firm working with businesseson communications and the internet.

Since 2011 he has been the director of Fosforo, the Senigallia Science Festival. He also organises activities, conferences and shows aiming to make science more popular in Italy and abroad with the Cultural Association NEXT.
