Ksenija Simović (02/06/1988) is a researcher at the Belgrade Centre for European Politics and founder of the Destination Office, an NGO organising place branding projects in Serbia.
She is currently spending her time working on tourism development projects and researching the economics and legalities behind Serbia becoming an EU member state. Ksenija has a degree in International Cooperation for Development from “La Sapienza” University of Rome and a Research Master in European Studies from the University of Twente (Netherlands).
During research for her Master, she developed a keen interest in European Union policies and legislation, in turn helping her to win a study grant from the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs for a Tri-lingual Diploma in Advanced European Studies at the Fondazione Collegio Europeo, Parma.
Her greatest interests are agricultural and industrial policy development, food security and methods for improving the tourism industry.
