Kirsten Larsen has been investigating the ins and outs of all things food for around 7 years. From a background in state government sustainability, climate and food policy, Kirsten has been involved in development and implementation of food policies at state and local government levels. Moving to the Victorian Eco-Innovation Lab at the University of Melbourne Kirsten’s systemic analysis of food security and sustainability increasingly turned to finding, studying, raving about and working with the social innovations emerging from passionate communities locally and around the world. She supports this through her positions on the board of Cultivating Community and the SecondBite Food Security Advisory Group (etc :).
