Manager Pulse Lab Jakarta (UN Global Pulse).

Mr. Giulio Quaggiotto ​heads the UN Global Pulse Lab in Jakarta where he oversees a portfolio of big data for policymaking projects as well as private sector engagement and capacity building activities.

The UN Global Pulse is an innovation initiative of the UN Secretary General aimed at harnessing the power of new digital data sources and real-time analytics for development.
Prior to his current post, he served as Innovation Practice Leader at the UN Development Programme’s Regional Bureau for Europe and CIS. Mr. Quaggiotto’s development experience includes also stints at WWF, UNU and the World Bank. His interests include innovation in the development and public sectors, social innovation, foresight, change management, and ICT for development.
