Donatella Solda-Kutzmann has been working with Monducci Perri Spedicato & Partners since it was founded. She works in information privacy law, communications law and international contracts.
Donatella is currently a Teaching Associate in EU Law at Oxford Brookes University where she teaches and researches new technology law, community law and media law. In 2012 she was nominated Open Data Advisor for the Ministry of Education, Universities and Research, under Prof. Mario Monti’s government.
She completed her PhD at the University of Bari with a thesis (written in English) about access to and the re-use of environmental information in Europe. She has been a Visiting Scholar at the University of Leeds (UK) and has studied Media Law at the University of Oxford and the London Institute of Advanced Legal Studies. Donatella has written countless publications, in both Italian and English, chiefly on the subject of information and communications law.
