Cristian Contini, is an art director, consultant and teacher in the field of advanced communication, new media/next media, social media, augmented reality, interaction design, and 3D online immersive environments.
In addition to teaching at the University of Florence, at the IED (European Institute of Design) of Florence and the IED of Milan, he works as a consultant for companies, private entities and public bodies (including the Ministry of University and Research, Indire and the Region of Tuscany) and he is the founder and creative director of Augmented Advertising (http://www.augmentedadvertising.com/), a structure specialised in advertising and in new/next media advanced communication, especially with regard to solutions based on augmented and immersive reality.
He is the co-author of the book Le Realtà aumentate. Esperienze, strategie e contenuti per l’augmented Reality (Apogeo, Settembre 2012) and is Augmented Reality Director for the free magazine Spam.
