Paola Tubaro
is associate professor of economic sociology at the University of Greenwich, London, where she supervises PhD students at the Faculty of Economics and Management. She is also a sociologist at the National Centre of Scientific Research in Paris and Visiting Scholar at the University of Toulouse. Paola specialises in the study of social networks and their effects on our behaviour, on organisations and on health and economic policies. She co-directed the “ANAMIA” project, a three-year investigation into users of sites promoting eating disorders in France and the UK.

Pierandrea Salvo
Psychiatry psychotherapist. Head of the Reference Centre for the cure and rehabilitation of eating disorders and weight of Portogruaro (VE), ULSS 10 VENETO ORIENTALE. Speaker at the Consensus National Conference at the Advanced Institute of Health. Brains behind RPP®RIABILITAZIONE PSICONUTRIZIONALE PROGRESSIVA; transdiagnostic rehabilitation model for eating disorders.

Maddalena Patrizia Cappelletto
is a lawyer in Pisa working chiefly in family law. She is a member of the National Association for Family Law. She is married, has two children and is president of la vita oltre lo specchio association.

Alessandra Di Lauro
is a professore straordinario in agricultural law at the Department of Agricultural, Food and Agro-environmental Sciences at the University of Pisa, where she teaches agricultural law, food law and biotechnology legislation. She is also a lawyer.
She is the author of three monographs and of countless other publications about the disciplines of commercial communication, advertising, consumer food protection, industrial and intellectual property as well as the relationship between law and the sciences (in particular medicine, ethics, chemistry, ecology, psychology, linguistics and semiotics, neuroscience and nanoscience), among others.

Giovanni Gravina
is a doctor specialising in endocrinology – Youth Clinic and Arianna Centre for the treatment of eating disorders at the Pisa ASL5. He teaches on the degree course in Diet at the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Pisa and is a member of the National Council of the SISDCA (Italian Society for the Study of Eating Disorders).

Rossella Paolicchi 
is a psychologist psychotherapist and director of psychology at Pisa ASL5. She is head of the multi-professional group at the Arianna Centre for the treatment of eating disorders at the Pisa ASL5. She is a counsellor at the Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa, counsellor at the Scuola Sant’Anna and teaches on the degree courses in Techniques for Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Occupational Therapy at the University of Pisa.
