The geodesic dome is a hemispherical structure composed of a network of horizontal beams connected to (geodesic) great circles. The geoid represents the heart of the Festival and will host a range of different activities from dawn till dusk. The structure will be positioned in one of the most beautiful and well-known squares in Pisa, Piazza dei Cavalieri, a hub for culture and study due to the presence of the Scuola Superiore Normale.
