A presentation of the Policy Paper produced by the 5 working groups of #openfoodacademy. Fifty young innovators will present the results of the morning’s working groups. These topics will then act as starting points for an open debate about the future of food, the value of the agro-food sector and the innovations that can improve the production and consumption of food.
