Using illustrations, imaginative animation techniques and 16mm footage, Michel Gondry enlivens a conversation with Noam Chomsky, MIT professor, free thinker and father of modern linguistics. Gondry “gets into” Chomsky’s head to produce an intimate and philosophical portrait, a dialogue between words and images that questions the meaning of life and that totally human need to satisfy the eternal and puerile craving for happiness.
