Food enthusiast.
He has published Food Sound System and Wine Sound System (preface by Paolo Fresu) for Kowalski-Feltrinelli. His Food Sound System show has been staged in Paris, Brussels, Barcelona and New York. He has taken part in important events for the Rome Auditorium, Slow Food on film, Taormina Arte, Time in Jazz, Città del Gusto, Taste and Mescolanze Food Festival.
He cooperates with many artists, such as Paolo Fresu, David Riondino and Giobbe Covatta. He writes regularly for Slow Food, Repubblica, Left and Manifesto and he cooperates with Smemoranda, Alias, Fooding, Slow Food’s University of Taste, CasArtusi and Cultura Gastronomica. He organizes an annual event – Soul Food – in Rome and Toulouse which combines food, art and environmental sustainability.
He is presently on tour with his show Cook and Roll.
