Aldo Dolcetti, was born in Salò on the 23rd October 1966. He is married to Cristiana and has two children, Lorenzo and Adele.
FOOTBALLER: Forward centre midfielder. Left-footed, excellent technique and ability to view the game, team captain and assist. He trained with Juventus from a young age and has played in the Premier and Second Leagues in Pisa and Cesena, before winding down his career in the third league.
TRAINING: Lucescu (football technique), Orrico (aggressive tactics) and Bolchi (team management) are the most influential coaches he trained with during his career.
He strongly believes in: having a team with good moral values and work mentality; organisation and awareness of the different situations in the game; pro-actively controlling the ball and a desire to attack. He has coached Honvéd (Hungarian Premier League), Spal (Lega Pro) and in Milan (Primavera). He is currently a Technical Collaborator for Juventus (Allegri Staff).
OTHER ACTIVITIES: After his career as a footballer he collaborated with Panini-dsp (applying technology to football). He also has experience working as a commentator (on technique, tactics) on television for large national and international events.
