Born in the province of Varese in 1976, with a degree in Educational Sciences, Expert in Training Procedures, with a thesis on distance learning and E-learning. After working as a designer, teacher and appraiser of online courses, I have been working since 2003 for the Municipality of Somma Lombardo, where I look after training, new technologies in the education and schools environment, and political activities for the young.
Through training courses and experience in the field I have become specialised in teaching, tutoring and activities promoting digital culture and new technologies aimed at children, young people, adults and parents. With the Local Scholastic Office I have held training events for teachers in lower and upper secondary schools and primary schools on Media Tools and associated symbolic meanings, developing self-organised learning environments and an important piece of research entitled “Dialoguing with the Touch Generation”: an exploration of the symbolic meanings of the use of new media. I have always been passionate about technologies, and promote and study the digital school of the future and new technologies in the educational and cultural area.
